Our Story

Quantum Economic Advisors is led by Jason Almiro, CPA, CFA, who brings more than 25 years of experience spanning public accounting, institutional investment management, corporate finance, and financial valuation.

Mr. Almiro is regularly retained as an expert in commercial disputes involving economic damages, financial valuation, accounting issues, and post-transaction matters. His work has supported boards of directors, legal counsel, corporations, and courts in matters involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty, fraud, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring.

His prior experience includes senior roles at national consulting firms, global investment managers, and a regional financial institution. This transactional and investment background informs his ability to assess financial performance, valuation, capital structure, and decision-making under real-world conditions.

We focus exclusively on matters where accounting, finance, and economics materially influence legal outcomes. Our work is designed to assist courts, arbitrators, counsel, and decision-makers in evaluating financial issues with confidence.
